Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, inaugurated five new schools in Qalyubia Governorate, equipped according to the latest educational standards. This comes as part of the governorate's national holiday celebrations and in light of the extensive preparations for the start of the new 2025/2026 academic year.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif and Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, began the inaugurations with the opening of Marsafa Basic Education School in the village of Marsafa, Banha. The school includes two kindergarten classes, six primary classes, and three middle school classes.

The Minister and the Governor inspected the classrooms, activity rooms, and laboratories, praising the school's readiness to receive students and emphasizing the importance of providing an attractive and stimulating learning environment.

As part of the visit, the Minister and the Governor inspected the Martyr Ashraf Kamel Secondary School, adjacent to Marsafa Basic Education School. The Minister directed the rapid completion of the painting and readiness of the classrooms to receive students at the start of the new school year.

The Minister and the Governor also inspected the classrooms of the Martyr Salah Salah Mahmoud Primary School, also adjacent to Marsafa Basic Education School, which includes 46 kindergarten and primary classrooms. The Minister directed the rapid completion of maintenance work at the school, emphasizing its readiness before the start of the new school year to ensure a safe and suitable learning environment for students.

The Minister and the Governor then headed to Kom Atrun village to inaugurate the Fathi Mohamed Abdel Rahman Official Language School, which houses 34 classrooms and five laboratories. They toured the classrooms for the various levels, as well as the various activity rooms. The Minister praised the state-of-the-art equipment that supports the development of students' academic achievement.

The tour also included the inauguration of Kom El-Atroun Basic Education School in Kom El-Atroun Village, Toukh District. The Minister and Governor listened to a detailed explanation of the school's components, which comprise 31 classrooms, five laboratories, and activity halls. The Minister and Governor also inspected the kindergarten halls and classrooms to ensure they were ready to receive students at the start of the new school year.

The Minister praised the quality of the construction and equipment, directing the preservation of this educational facility and the provision of a safe and attractive learning environment for students, helping them develop their skills and refine their personalities, in addition to achieving academic achievement.

The Minister of Education and the Governor of Qalyubia subsequently inaugurated Kafr El-Gamal Basic Education School, affiliated with the Toukh Education Directorate. The school comprises 11 classrooms and three laboratories. They toured the classrooms and laboratories, praised the school's equipment, and emphasized the state's commitment to providing modern schools capable of accommodating the growing student population.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, concluded their tour with the inauguration of the Egyptian-Japanese School affiliated with the Qanater Khayriyah Administration. The school includes 28 classrooms and four laboratories equipped with the latest educational tools.

During the school's inauguration, the Minister and Governor inspected the classrooms and activity rooms. The Minister of Education emphasized that this model is one of the most successful educational models, and the state is keen to expand it, contributing to building students' personalities and honing their life skills alongside academic achievement.

During his tour, Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, emphasized that the opening of these new schools and educational facilities comes within the framework of efforts to expand the number of schools, in cooperation between the Ministry and various state institutions, contributing to efforts to reduce student density and provide a distinguished educational process. He noted that the Ministry places great importance on continuing to develop school infrastructure, which will improve the quality of the educational process in schools.

For his part, Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, explained that the governorate is keen to provide full support to the education system, through ongoing cooperation with the Ministry of Education to overcome any obstacles to the implementation of new educational projects. He emphasized that the opening of these schools represents a true addition that serves the people of Qalyubia and meets their educational needs at all levels of education.

The Minister and Governor were accompanied during the openings by Dr. Iman Rayyan, Deputy Governor of Qalyubia; Major General Yousry Salem, Assistant Minister for Educational Buildings Affairs at the General Authority for Educational Buildings; Mr. Mustafa Abdo, Director of the Qalyubia Education Directorate; and a number of educational and executive leaders.
