The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the success of the first official SAT test held in Egypt since its official re-introduction this month. The test achieved a 100% student participation rate, with no technical issues or complaints, and was organized in a disciplined and meticulous manner.

The Ministry indicated that 1,797 students participated in the first test, representing the full number of registered students. All of them started the test on time and completed it successfully without any problems or complaints. This is a positive indicator and a strong start to the process of resuming the SAT test in Egypt after a hiatus of more than four years.

The Ministry explained that this achievement comes following the signing of a joint cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and the American College Board, one of the world's leading institutions in the field of international assessment and testing.

Regarding the success of this test, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, emphasized that this success reflects the confidence of students and parents in the safe and orderly return of the SAT exam in Egypt. He noted that the partnership with College Board represents a pivotal step in developing the pre-university education system and enhancing university qualification opportunities in accordance with international standards.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif explained that the Ministry has carefully monitored the criteria for selecting exam centers to ensure a safe and reliable environment that guarantees student safety and smooth procedures. He also emphasized the Ministry's strict commitment to protecting the privacy of student data.

The Minister of Education added that today's test represents a strong start to the new phase of SAT delivery in Egypt, enhancing Egyptian students' ability to compete regionally and internationally and opening up broad prospects for admission to the world's most prestigious universities.
