The Minister of Education issues two ministerial decisions granting 217,380 teachers the necessary certificate

Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, issued today Ministerial Resolution No. (55) of 2023, granting 139,386 faculty members who hold teacher positions and the corresponding positions for social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, press and media specialists, and librarians, who have fulfilled the programs. training held by the Professional Academy for Teachers, a certificate of validity necessary for promotion to a higher position; In accordance with the provisions of Law No. (155) of 2007 and its amendments, and its executive regulations, as of 1/1/2023.

The Minister also issued Ministerial Resolution No. (56) of 2023 granting 77,994 faculty members who hold the positions of teachers and the corresponding positions of social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, press and media specialists, and librarians, who have completed the training programs held by the Professional Academy for Teachers, a certificate. The qualification required for promotion to a higher position; In accordance with the provisions of Law No. (155) of 2007 and its amendments, and its executive regulations, as of 1/1/2022.

The decision stipulates that the governors - each within the scope of his competence - issue the necessary decisions to transfer members of the Education Authority who hold teacher positions, and all equivalent positions - after verifying that they fulfill the rest of the transfer requirements - to other specializations, subjects, jobs, and the various educational stages that each of them is entitled to.
