The Minister of Education issues a ministerial decision regarding granting (307060) members of the teaching staff

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, issued Ministerial Resolution No. (168) regarding granting members of the teaching staff who have met the promotion requirements the necessary eligibility certificate for promotion for the year 2023/2024, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (155) of 2007 and its amendments and its executive regulations.

The decision stipulated that as of 1/1/2024, faculty members holding teaching positions, and equivalent positions of social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, press and media specialists, and librarians who have completed the training programs held by the Professional Academy for Teachers shall be granted the necessary eligibility certificate for promotion to the higher position, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (155) of 2007, its amendments, and its executive regulations, and their number is (307060). The decision also stipulated that the governors, each within their jurisdiction, shall issue the necessary decisions to promote the faculty members mentioned in Article One of this decision to the higher positions due to each of them, after verifying that they have met the remaining promotion requirements, provided that the promoted are granted the legally prescribed accreditation allowance and the promotion bonus, as of the first of the month following the issuance of the decision of the governor concerned with the promotion.
