"Education" announces the start of 4 projects to support people of determination in cooperation with the Resala Association for Charitable Activities
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the start of the implementation of 4 projects to support people of determination in the ministry, in cooperation with the Resala Association for Charitable Works, with a value of 4 million and 130 thousand pounds.
The cooperation aims to support people of determination in the medical fields by installing artificial limbs and arms, wheelchairs and a cane for the blind and maintaining headphones, as well as in the sports field by making a cup and league for blind and deaf people of determination, in addition to providing clothing and school bags, as well as in the entertainment fields by holding parties for them during 2022 .
The ministry stressed the interest that the Egyptian state attaches to people of determination under the patronage and presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the “We Can Differ” celebration, in its previous three editions, and his continued directives to the government and the concerned authorities to provide all support and assistance to them, as they are among the groups in Egyptian society that require From us all care and attention, develop their skills, raise their competencies, provide them with training and rehabilitation services, integrate them into society and enable them to have all basic services.
The Ministry works on developing the capabilities and skills of people of determination, as well as developing society’s awareness towards them, working to provide them with better lifestyles, helping them to develop, succeed, and integrate them into society.
Dr. Sherif Abdel Azim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Resala Association for Charitable Activities, indicated that the association is doing its best to support people of determination and enable them to face challenges and overcome them and provide them with the best means of care, by providing the services provided to them, and supporting them in all educational, medical and recreational fields.
Dr. Sherif Yehia, Director of Government Relations at the association, added that Risala Association pays great attention to people of determination, "Champions of the Challenge."
