The Minister of Education issues a ministerial decision to take measures to liberate the contracts of 54 teachers
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, issued Ministerial Resolution No. (37), regarding taking procedures for issuing contracts for 54 teachers, within the percentage (5%) determined to fill the position of assistant teacher within the framework of the “30,000 Teachers” competition.
The decision stipulated that, as of 9/1/2023, he holds the position of assistant teacher - contractually - within the percentage (5%) stipulated under Article (22) of the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities No. (10) of 2018.
The decision also stipulated that job contracts should be issued, in accordance with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. (428) of 2013, after fulfilling all the justifications legally required to fill the job, with the exception of submitting a training completion certificate issued by the Secured and Smart Issues Complex.
