"Education" is preparing a training package entitled "Activating the school's role in employing national projects in developing the values of loyalty and belonging among students" for school principals.
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a meeting with general directors of general education and directors of training departments from the educational directorates of the various governorates, to present the training package under the title “Activating the School’s Role in Employing National Projects in Developing Students’ Loyalty and Belonging Values” for school principals. This is within the framework of the Ministry's follow-up to the trainings related to the educational system, and in light of the continuous updating of the training programs in this regard.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister of Education and Technical Education for Teachers’ Affairs, in the presence of Major General Staff Mohamed Youssef, Commander of the Contact Group for Military Foundation Schools at the Ministry of Education, Dr. Mohamed Gad, acting director of the Professional Academy for Teachers, and Engineer Ali Abdel Raouf, Director of the Directorate of Education in Dakahlia .
Dr. Reda Hegazy stressed the need for workers in the educational system in the school community to be equipped with the knowledge and skills that help and direct them to contribute to the preparation of a generation that is proud of itself, its school, its family, and its country, by strengthening the basics necessary for this generation of information, correct behavior and a broad culture; To complete the building with this great role, and to deepen the values of loyalty and belonging among school students, and to raise awareness and fortify school students against black propaganda and the forces of evil; Therefore, care was taken to prepare exercises that include the development and consolidation of good values in the hearts of students.
Hegazy explained that the training package is implemented over two days on national projects and sustainable development, and targets school principals, through which students learn to maintain class, adhere to attendance, assume responsibility, belonging and loyalty to their homeland, and deal with their teachers and colleagues in an appropriate manner, noting that this training package will be conducted under supervision. Direct, to directors and agents of educational directorates, and directors of general education, directing that attention must be given to implementation to ensure the success and effectiveness of training.
For his part, Major General Mohamed Youssef Harb stressed that the national projects are large-sized projects with significant development, economic and social impacts on a large scale at the geographical level that take into account the priorities of the state, the political leadership, sustainable development plans and Egypt's Vision 2030. He also praised the ministry's role in developing students' awareness of projects. nationalism.
During the meeting, a review of the training package provided by the Directorate of Education in Dakahlia entitled “Activating the School’s Role in Employing National Projects in Developing School Students’ Loyalty and Belonging,” which clarified that the training program included the following themes: Introducing school principals to national projects in the new republic, and school principals identifying the importance of National projects in light of the requirements of sustainable development. School principals develop a plan for employing national projects in developing loyalty and belonging among school students. School principals determine mechanisms for following up on the school’s plan in developing loyalty and belonging among school students.
