"Education" directed to allocate a segment to cover COP27 news on school radio)

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education issued a letter to the educational directorates regarding Egypt's hosting of the COP27 Climate Summit.
The letter stated that, coinciding with Egypt's hosting of the annual United Nations Climate Change Summit, which is a defining moment in dealing with the issue of climate change, with the participation of more than 120 state leaders and about 30,000 people in Sharm El-Sheikh.
The letter stressed the necessity of alerting and emphasizing the allocation of a daily segment on school radio for news coverage of the events and activities of the Climate Summit throughout its period, as well as preparing a plan to implement a series of seminars for students, teachers, and staff in administrations and schools on the phenomenon of climate change, with the aim of raising student awareness of the phenomenon of climate change, its causes and effects. Negative impact on humans, the environment and living organisms and how to confront and reduce them.
