The Minister of Education issues a decision regarding the controls and mechanisms for accepting exams for American diploma certificates for the academic year 2022/2023

Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, decided to accept the SAT exam for students from outside the Arab Republic of Egypt only, provided that they have residency in the country in which the students took the exam, and accepting the ACT exam certificate for students from inside the Arab Republic of Egypt to enroll in Egyptian universities.

The Minister also decided to accept the EST exam certificate for admission to Egyptian universities, and to continue to apply Matching at the subject level, as last year, provided that the Super Matching application for G12 is limited to this year only.

This came in the interest of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to respond to inquiries regarding the standards that were set regarding the Egyptian EST exam as the only qualifying exam for American diploma students, to coordinate universities for students who obtained an American diploma from schools inside Egypt only or those who obtained it from all over the world, And inquire about the ACT exam and Matching at the certificate level one subject and since the EST exam was applied from last year.
