The Minister of Education continues his inspection tours by visiting Minya Governorate

As part of his ongoing tours in the various governorates of the Republic, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, arrived this Sunday morning at the headquarters of the General Office of Minya Governorate. This is to inspect a number of schools and follow up on the regularity of the 2023/2024 academic year.

Upon his arrival at the governorate’s general office, the minister was received by Major General Osama Al-Qadi, Governor of Minya, Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Abu Zaid, Deputy Governor, Major General Yasser Abdel Aziz, Secretary-General of the Governorate, Dr. Eid Abdel Wahed Ali Darwish, Head of the Executive Body of the General Authority for the Eradication of Illiteracy and Adult Education, and Professor Khaled. Abdel Hakam, Head of the Central Administration for District Affairs, Mr. Mahmoud Hajjaj, Director of the General Administration for Support and Communication, Mr. Hamdi Mustafa, Director of the Governorate’s Education Directorate, and a number of members of the House of Representatives.

Dr. Reda Hegazy expressed his happiness at visiting Minya Governorate, praising the governorate’s role in organizing the school year and the efforts made to improve the educational process.

For his part, Major General Osama Al-Qadi, Governor of Minya, welcomed the visit of the Minister of Education and Technical Education to the governorate, praising the efforts of Dr. Reda Hegazy in developing the educational process and providing full support to the governorate.

The Minister and the Governor are scheduled to inspect a number of schools, and will also hold a meeting with education leaders and directors of educational departments in the governorate. To review the mechanisms and procedures related to discipline and regularity for the 2023/2024 academic year.
