"Education" announces the launch of the National Reading Project for the second year in cooperation with the Emirates Scientific Research Foundation

Within the framework of the directives and support of Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education in taking care of student activities, the ministry held a meeting to discuss the details of the national project for reading for the second year, in cooperation with the UAE Scientific Research Foundation; This was done via the video conference network at the Ministry's general office.
The meeting was attended by the general coordinator of the project, Ilham Ahmed Ibrahim, head of the services and activities sector, general managers of executive affairs, directors of all libraries in all educational directorates in various governorates, and representatives of the Scientific Research Foundation of the Egypt and Africa office.
During the meeting, the project manual for the second year was presented, all inquiries were answered, and the importance of participating in the project was directed, and project coordinators were identified at all levels.
It was also directed to start registering students in the competition through the National Reading Project website, through the school coordinator, the librarian at each school, and to work on overcoming any obstacles facing the implementation of the project.
It is worth noting that the National Reading Project aims to encourage school and university students, teachers and other members of society to read and preserve the Arab identity. In order to achieve the spirit of competition and creativity.
