Minister of Education Monitors Regularity of Education Visit Several Schools in Sharqia Governorate

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, conducted a surprise inspection tour today of several schools affiliated with the Mashtool Al-Souq Education Administration in Sharqia Governorate to monitor the regularity of the education process and student attendance rates.

The Minister was accompanied during his tour by Dr. Ahmed El-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Strategic Planning and Follow-up.

The Minister began his inspection tour by visiting Badr Elementary School, affiliated with the Mashtool Al-Souq Education Administration, which has 405 primary school students. He reviewed the school's student population and reviewed class workbooks and assignments. He also conducted a dialogue with the students about their academic achievement and the benefits they gained from classroom instruction.

The Minister also met with one of the class teachers, praising her performance and confirming that a competition for class teachers would be announced in the coming period.

At the conclusion of his tour of the school, the Minister praised the students' performance and the role of the school principal in ensuring the smooth running of the educational process.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif also visited Rushdi Hamid Official Language School, which enrolls 474 students. During his inspection of the school's classrooms, he monitored the students' commitment to attendance, regular classes, and the timely conduct of weekly assessments and monthly tests. He also monitored the academic performance of a group of students and their academic achievement.
