"Education" announces the controls for transferring between Al-Azhar institutes and the Ministry's schools for the next academic year

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the controls for transferring students between Al-Azhar institutes and the schools of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, from August 1 to August 31, 2022, for the academic year 2022/2023.

The ministry indicated that transferring between Al-Azhar institutes and schools affiliated with the ministry was limited to students of the basic education stage (from the second primary grade until students accepted to the third preparatory grade) in Al-Azhar institutes to the corresponding classes in the schools of education, provided that the age of acceptance of the student transferred to general education corresponds to the age of Admission to the school to which he is transferred to in general education, upon acceptance at the beginning of the primary course, which he submitted to Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.

She indicated that the guardian wishing to transfer to Al-Azhar submits a statement of the age of admission to the school to which the transfer is required until Al-Azhar verifies the application of the age condition, provided that the application of the age match requirement is only until the end of the primary cycle, emphasizing that the transfer is not accepted for those enrolled in kindergarten and first grade of primary school. From both sides.

And the ministry specified that the transfer shall be with the approval of the authority from which the applicant is transferred first, and this transfer is not considered except with the approval of the authority to which it is transferred, with a strong warning to the gentlemen responsible for editing the transfer forms for both sides that it should be dated with a clear date.

For transferring students from typical or private Azhar institutes to the corresponding classes in education (official schools of languages, official schools of distinguished languages, private schools of languages) passing in the first foreign language of a high level and the second foreign language in addition to their studies of science and mathematics in the first foreign language, in addition to The child spends two years in kindergarten before joining the first grade of primary school.

The ministry clarified that students depleted of failing years (two years) in the preparatory cycle in Al-Azhar have the right to apply for the general education exam from abroad (homes) after handing over the file from the Al-Azhar Institute they are enrolled in, provided that the student is transferred from Al-Azhar institutes and schools of education in the condition shown in a statement to be listed.
