Launch of the Community Dialogue Sessions on the Proposed Egyptian Baccalaureate System)

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education launches today a series of community dialogue sessions, which will continue over several days, with the participation of various parties related to the educational organization to raise the discussion on the proposed Egyptian Baccalaureate System.

The community dialogue sessions are scheduled to begin today, in the presence of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, as the activities begin today by holding a meeting with a number of experts and specialists in the pre-university education file, and a meeting will be held with the boards of trustees, parents and teachers across the republic to listen to various opinions and proposals on the Egyptian Baccalaureate System.

The series of community dialogue meetings aims to listen to different visions about the details of the Egyptian Baccalaureate proposal and what it includes in terms of reducing the number of subjects, which reduces the burden on Egyptian families, in addition to the different paths that the student can choose from, in addition to discussing the general rules for the total score, and the multiple attempts to take the exam in the different subjects.
