Yesterday, a delegation from the Cambridge Examinations Authority visited the Egyptian Nile International School in El-Shorouk. To review the educational process, teaching methods and application of the curriculum frameworks that are designed in cooperation with the Cambridge Examinations Authority at the University of Cambridge, UK.
In the presence of Brigadier General Tariq Abdel Hamid El-Baz, Head of the Central Administration for Investment and Finance at the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Misr Company for Educational Management, the company responsible for managing all the Egyptian International Nile Schools, and Mohamed Attia, Head of the Central Administration for Education with expenses, and Dr. Amani El-Far, Director of the Nile International Certificate Unit From the Egyptian side, and the presence of Jerry Papworth and Mark Onslow, exam officials of the Cambridge Examinations Authority at the University of Cambridge.
The delegation visited the school, and praised the modern equipment and educational methods used in teaching, training students, and providing them with skills and knowledge using modern scientific methods. It also praised the cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education in many fields, including the Egyptian Nile International Schools, and cooperation in setting the general framework for many curricula. And the educational methods used, as well as the methods of teaching and evaluation carried out by the school in accordance with the directives of the International Nile Certificate Unit at the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.
The delegation praised the Nile Egyptian International Certificate and System, which is applied in Nile Egyptian International Schools, which the Egyptian and British sides seek to spread in many countries as an international educational system accredited by all international universities.
For his part, Brigadier Tariq Abdel Hamid El-Baz, Head of the Central Administration for Investment and Finance and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Misr Educational Management Company, said: “It is within the framework of the President’s interest and care in the process of developing the educational system inside Egypt, as well as the keenness of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, to improve With the Nile international educational system, maximizing benefit from it, and expanding its application, the Nile Egyptian International Schools is a national project that presents a distinguished, high-quality educational model, and grants the student an internationally recognized certificate equivalent to international certificates, and there are now 14 schools at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Expanding the establishment of new schools that apply the Nile international educational system in various governorates of Egypt, while providing the necessary support for the project to ensure its success.
He added: “The Nile International Certificate is an Egyptian certificate designed in accordance with international standards under the supervision of the Nile International Certificate Unit at the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, in partnership with the International Examinations Authority at the University of Cambridge in Britain. In line with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the schools also qualify their graduates to join Egyptian or international universities.
It is worth noting that the student of the Egyptian International Nile Schools obtains two certificates issued by the British University of Cambridge with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education. Eleventh (condition of completing the admission requirements), which is the Nile International Secondary Certificate, which qualifies the student to enroll in universities in Egypt and abroad.
