"Education" announces the opening of the door to apply to join the work team of Applied Technology Schools and Centers of Excellence

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the opening of the door for teachers and administrators to apply to join the Applied Technology Schools work team and the Centers of Excellence work team, from 12 to 19 March 2023, via the following link: http://tawzef.emis.gov.eg

Applied Technology Schools are based on a partnership between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, private sector companies and prestigious educational institutions. To maintain the quality of the school and the educational process in it, and aims to form an integrated educational system that applies international standards in teaching, training and evaluation methods and the curricula followed, and is capable of developing technical education in Egypt and making it keep pace with the best educational systems in the world, and preparing qualified graduates to work in the local and international market.

With regard to centers of excellence, they are based on a partnership between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, and a number of industrial partners in the same sector. To ensure that students acquire all the skills that fully qualify them for the labor market; This is in order to improve and advance the technical education system in Egypt, and to prepare qualified graduates to work in the local and international market.

The centers of excellence available to apply to are:
Center of excellence for the engineering industries sector, Cairo Governorate.
Automotive Sector Excellence Center, Qalyubia Governorate.

The Ministry stated that the Applied Technology Schools work team will be formed, and the Centers of Excellence work team will be formed from workers in public and government schools in languages and educational departments and directorates specified for each school. They are not more than 55 years old in October 2023, and those who pass the exams will be dealt with on a delegation system from the employer to the school they applied to join, and applicants will be contacted immediately after the door for application closes via e-mail and phone to set a date for personal interviews, after which they will be selected The staff of each school.
