The Minister of Education holds a meeting with directors of general departments of the Central Administration for Public Education
Today, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, held a meeting with the head of the Central Administration for Public Education, and the general directors of its affiliated public administrations, to follow up and discuss their work tasks, review the efforts that have been accomplished during the last period, and discuss the most important proposals that lead to improving performance and process discipline. educational.
The minister stressed the necessity of periodic and continuous follow-up of the efforts of all departments in the Ministry’s general office, which represent the central departments that supervise public administrations with the aim of identifying problems and overcoming them, in addition to discussing administrative and technical proposals that contribute to improving executive performance and providing services with the standards that the state aims at in accordance with Egypt’s vision. 2030.
The minister indicated that the ministry is interested in identifying creative and talented students in all scientific, sports, artistic and cultural fields, stressing the importance of investing in the human element. In implementation of the directives of the political leadership, the Ministry seeks to support and nurture talented, talented and outstanding students, and to establish mechanisms to discover them and build a generation of distinguished young cadres.
During the meeting, the Minister also directed to provide all means of support for people with special needs, noting that the Ministry puts at the top of its priorities taking all necessary measures to educate and prepare people with disabilities in order to facilitate their lives, participation and integration into society, adding that the Ministry adopts the initiative of companions "capable of differently", which lies In showing integration in its broadest sense, in order to be convinced of the importance of caring for this group and granting it all societal rights.
The minister also directed to strengthen support for the cities of Halayeb and Shalateen in terms of caring for the kindergarten stage, limiting the deficit in teachers, and studying meeting the needs of teachers there.
For her part, Dr. Randa Shaheen reviewed the most important efforts of public administrations during the last period, which included interest in developing creativity and innovation among students, through the digital transformation course for preparatory students at the Institute of Systems and Information of the Armed Forces, and participation in international competitions in science, mathematics and English, Obtaining advanced positions in the world, participating in the Classical Arabic language competition, in addition to participating in the activities of the Programming Week, supporting and caring for the gifted, equipping more than one center for the reopening, carrying out activities to discover and support the gifted, and taking care of the child’s health in all aspects, by implementing initiatives in cooperation With the Ministry of Health, as well as interest in teacher training.
The Minister directed that a day be made to honor and sponsor all distinguished, creative and talented students in all fields, in order to encourage and motivate them to continue creativity and excellence.
During the meeting, the minister reviewed the most important proposals for public administrations to improve all aspects of the educational process in various aspects.
