The Minister of Education meets with the Director of the Unified Government Complaints System in the Council of Ministers Dr. Reda Hegazy: We receive citizens' complaints, examine them, respond to them, and take the necessary measures to remove their causes
Today, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, held a meeting with Dr. Tariq Al-Refai, Director of the Unified Government Complaints System in the Council of Ministers, and Brigadier Ayman Jamal, Director of Follow-up of Governmental Agencies in the System.
The Minister stressed his keenness on the ministry’s interaction with all its affiliated bodies with citizens’ complaints, considering the system an important channel of communication that links citizens with the government to receive their complaints, examine them, respond to them, and take the necessary measures to remove their causes.
The Minister referred to his continuous follow-up of the system's performance indicators with regard to the ministry's interaction with citizens' complaints.
Dr. Tariq Al-Refai commended the efforts of those in charge of dealing with the complaints system in the ministry, praising the minister’s keenness to follow up on the performance indicators of the ministry and to make every possible effort to reduce the causes of complaints and address them in implementation of the instructions of the Prime Minister within the framework of the political leadership’s directives in this regard in a manner that enhances Citizens' confidence and levels of public satisfaction.
