"Education" organizes the final qualifiers for the competition of the ideal general leader at the level of the Republic

Today, the General Union of Students of the Republic Schools organized the final qualifiers for the ideal pioneer competitions (teachers) for the three stages under the slogan (Student Unions and Digital Transformation), under the patronage of Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, during the period from (21/8/2021 to 30 /8/2021).
For her part, Ilham Ibrahim, Head of the Services and Activities Sector, said that the organization of the final filtration program for the competition includes selecting the ideal general (school principal), the ideal pioneer (teacher), and the ideal social specialist (student union official) for the three stages at the level of the Republic, which aims to encourage General pioneers to possess knowledge and employ it in a scientific and organized manner to meet the needs of students and the school, and to motivate the pioneers of the general student unions to carry out new activities and programs that support the cognitive, skill and emotional aspects of students, in addition to exchanging successful experiences between the leaders of all student unions at the level of the Republic, which contributes to the acquisition of knowledge and new experiences, and enhancing the role of the general leaders of student unions in nurturing and growing student leaders, and providing practical and procedural solutions to the problems that education suffers from.
Ahmed Moussa, the general leader of the Union of Schools Students, added that the final qualifiers for the competition of the ideal general (school principal) for the three stages are carried out according to several criteria, including: presenting a model for a successful project implemented within the school, characterized by an innovative tendency, serving the educational process and contributing to solving one of its problems It achieves the general objectives of the student unions and the central topic of this year, and the general pioneer of the school students’ union possesses professional, life and technological skills, and his ability to benefit from the knowledge bank and invest it in the service of the educational process.
He explained that the final qualifiers for the ideal pioneer (teacher) competition for the three stages are carried out according to several criteria, including: the role of the class leader in discovering and nurturing student leaders, activating the leadership share, how to achieve its goal, and his ability to employ the principles and objectives of student unions and leadership in building an integrated personality, in addition to To his role in enabling student leaders to self-governance and self-management.
He added that the final filtering of the social specialist (student union official) competition for the three stages was conducted according to several criteria, including: personal traits, professional and digital skills that the social worker possesses, presenting a theoretical research on one of the problems he faces in the school community with students, and preparing a program for professional practice. And the extent of his knowledge and commitment to implementing Ministerial Resolution 62, and using self-learning platforms, records, as well as tools and means to activate the central topic.
The final liquidation was conducted in the presence of Ms. Ilham Ahmed Ibrahim, head of the services and activities sector, Dr. Ramadan Mohamed Ramadan, director of the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, and Major General Ahmed Abdel Fattah, head of the Central Security Administration, and arbitration was conducted by Dr. Randa Shaheen, head of the public education sector, and Dr. Mohamed Gad, director of the academy Professional Teachers, Dr. Muhammad Nassif, Technical Education Division at the National Center for Educational Research and Development, Mr. Yousry Mahmoud Muhammad, Head of the Central Administration of Human Resources, and some leaders of the Ministry and the General Union of Students of the Republic Schools.
It is worth noting that the General Union will honor the ideal participants from the ideal generalists (school principals), ideal pioneers (teachers), and ideal social workers (student union officials) at the level of the Republic for the three stages by handing them the medal of excellence and the Student Union Medal, and it will also honor the top five From each stage in the competitions (the ideal general leader - the ideal pioneer - the ideal social worker) after completing the final liquidation and announcing the result.
