The Ministry of Education organizes a training to familiarize those dealing with visually impaired people with reading and writing in Braille in practice

In implementation of the directives of Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education to pay attention to the field of people with disabilities and to emphasize attention to visual impairment and the element of accessibility, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education is organizing, from February 6 to 17, a training to familiarize clients with visual disabilities to read and write in Braille in practice. As well as the skill of direction and movement.
This comes within a project of welcoming and developed schools to integrate students with visual disabilities into general education schools under the supervision and coordination of the Central Administration for Special Education Affairs. This is a continuation of the Ministry's plan to receive blind students in public education schools.
The training includes 20 teachers from five schools: "Ain Shams Administration - Al-Ansar Primary School", "East Nasr City Administration - Mustafa Kamal Helmy School for Basic Education", "Al-Salam Administration - Anas bin Malik School" and "New Cairo Administration - Mustafa School". "Mosharafa" and "Helwan Administration - Martyr Diab School".
