Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, held a meeting with the leaders of the Directorate of Education and directors of educational departments in Matrouh Governorate, at the headquarters of the governorate’s general office, in order to check on the discipline of the educational process in the schools of the governorate, and to review the procedures for exams at the end of the school year for the various classes of transportation, preparatory certificate and secondary certificate. the public.

This came in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Directorate Affairs, Amr Shehata, Director of the Directorate of Education in Matrouh Governorate, and Ismail Gatto, Deputy Directorate.

During the meeting, the minister was reassured of all the Directorate's preparations and procedures for the year-end exams, stressing the need for discipline in conducting exams, and not allowing any cases of fraud.

The minister also directed that the questions of the preparatory certificate exams be distributed through the question distribution centers in sufficient time before the exam, stressing the importance of adhering to the standards set by the ministry in the questions and measuring the learning outcomes.

With regard to the general secondary exams, the minister reassured the integrity of the procedures for preparing for the exams, the position of the teachers’ breaks and the completion of their preparation, directing the conduct of disciplined exams. The minister also stressed the need for regular and disciplined conduct of the first and second grade exams.

The minister also directed attention to educational activities during the summer vacation, noting that in this context, each educational directorate was instructed to allocate a theater team to carry out an artistic theatrical show for students, under the supervision of technical cadres specialized in this field affiliated to each directorate, with the selection of a suitable text for the show.

The minister also praised the support groups in the governorate, stressing that the philosophy of implementing these groups is based on improving the academic level of students and relieving the burden of the family, stressing the sustainability in their implementation, and the start of each educational department in determining suitable places to receive the groups, and announcing the names of teachers, and he also stressed the importance of The arrival of these groups to remote departments in the province.
