The Minister of Education meets the directors of training departments at the level of the Republic

Dr. Reda Hegazy: The training is a continuation of the efforts being made to develop the educational system

Today, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, held a meeting with the directors of training departments at the level of the Republic, in the meeting room of the central administration for the preparation of repentant leaders.
The minister welcomed the attendees, and emphasized that the directors of the training departments in the governorates are one of the tools for development and progress in the educational process, pointing to the importance of training in raising the level of the teacher’s performance and working to increase his creativity, use modern methods, and enhance his expertise in his field of specialization, in addition to deepening the teacher’s awareness to accommodate development. Raising his competencies and providing him with modern learning methods.
Hegazy stressed that within the framework of what the Ministry is doing to develop the school curricula in order to continue the success of the new educational system, the training is a continuation of the efforts that are being made to develop the educational system, as the main goal of training is to improve the performance of the teacher and train him to find basic methods for his scientific construction. And educational, which facilitates the teacher to develop himself scientifically and educationally and what he offers in terms of teaching and learning methods and evaluation methods.
The minister directed to hold trainings for subject instructors nationwide on the new evaluation system, and how to train teachers to deal with the new evaluation system.
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, indicated that the teacher has become a facilitator and guide rather than a prompter of information, so the ministry is working to qualify and train teachers to use training and development mechanisms on the latest skills and technological means so that the teacher’s skills are compatible with development and change, believing in the role of the teacher.
The minister was keen to inspect the headquarters of the central administration for the preparation of repentant leaders, and to speak with all the employees of the center.
