Education: Disbursing financial incentives to those addressed by Resolution No. (13) of 2021

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education sent a letter to the educational directorates, regarding the decision of the Prime Minister No. (215) for the year 2021 regarding the controls for the payment of the additional monthly performance incentive to addressees by Law No. 139 of 1981 and Law No. 103 of 1961, and the decision of Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education No. (13) for the year 2021 regarding the governing and regulating rules and regulations for eligibility and disbursement of the school administration incentive, and the additional reward for transfer exams.

In its speech, the Ministry stressed that the educational directorates should warn the directors of financial affairs in the educational directorates and departments to take the necessary measures towards disbursing the monthly performance incentive for the eligible masters as of the day following the publication of Law No. 212 of 2020, as a deduction on the item pertaining to the budget of each directorate and its educational departments .

The Ministry confirmed the disbursement of the school administration incentives and the bonus for additional examinations for eligible masters, starting from the day following the publication of Law No. 212 of 2020, as a discount on the budget items for each directorate and educational departments.

The Ministry also confirmed that the teacher allowance stipulated in Article 1 of Law No. 212 of 2020 will be disbursed to eligible gentlemen, starting from the day following its publication, with the same conditions and rules previously applied, as a discount on the item pertaining to the budget of each directorate and its educational departments.
