The Ministry of Education and Technical Education, in cooperation with the Discovery Education Foundation, organized the first step in the professional development journey in accordance with the plan developed for the upper grades of the primary stage (4th to 6th grades), which aims to train 180,000 teachers in four subjects, science, mathematics, Arabic language and studies. Today's meeting was attended by Dr. Hala Abdel Salam, head of the central administration for kindergarten and basic education, the office of the Arabic language consultant, general mentors and first mentors from all educational directorates and departments, where the structure of curricula and content of the fifth grade of primary school, assessment methods and time map for the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023 were shared. .
The training activities for upper grade teachers will start on August 27 of this year, and this trip is another addition to the new education system and extends to support the educational community.
