Within the framework of the steps taken by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to support people with special needs, and in implementation of the initiative of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi "They are able.... they are creative", Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, honored the student Fatima Al-Zahraa, the fastest "Duan" runner in Egypt.

The minister expressed his great happiness at meeting the student Fatima Al-Zahraa, who came to the throne of the Paralympic Championships in France and won first place in the world.

Dr. Reda Hegazy explained that his children, students with special abilities, represent pride for all of Egypt, as they are an example of challenge and will, explaining that they have proven to the whole world that with challenge, determination and will, the impossible does not exist, pointing to the interest of the Ministry of Education to support, support and encourage its students with special needs, providing them with knowledge and professional development, preparing them to face practical life, and providing them with skills that suit their abilities, expressing his thanks and appreciation to the educational leaders and special education leaders. Ministry, and everyone who contributed to their support and encouragement until they reached this brilliance and distinction.

During the meeting, a dialogue took place between Dr. Al-Wazir and Fatima Al-Zahraa, in which she dealt with the competition and the challenges she faced in outperforming participants from all over the world. She also talked about her feelings when announcing her winning the first place in the world, and her patriotic impact when raising the flag of Egypt.
