Today, Tuesday, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, participated in the sixth plenary session of the Global Education Forum 2023 in the British capital, London, which was held under the title "Steps that can be taken to develop leadership in education at all levels," where he stressed that the Egyptian state has taken a new approach. In preparing young leaders capable of driving progress.

During the session, Dr. Reda Hijazi indicated, in his intervention, that the leader has influence on others, and has the ability to understand the capabilities of individuals, take individual interest in them, mobilize their energies, and create positive energy for work.

In the framework of improving the performance of teachers as well, Dr. Reda Hegazy indicated that the ministry has implemented many measures that guarantee stimulating the capabilities of teachers, citing, for example, the launch of the Distinguished Educational Administration Competition at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt, which is selected according to a number of criteria to ensure the creation of a competition that achieves success.
