"Education" announces the opening of the door for students to apply for dual education schools, applied technology, and centers of excellence
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education has announced the opening of applications for admission to applied technology schools for students who have obtained a preparatory certificate for the academic year 2022-2023, for a period of 15 days until July 20, 2022, on the following link: https://dualedu.moe.gov.eg
The ministry explained that with regard to the dual education and training system, it is a system based on partnership and joint cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, the private sector, the student and his guardian to create an integrated educational system aimed at graduating skilled technicians capable of working efficiently in the Egyptian labor market, where the student studies a profession in One of the specializations "industrial, agricultural, commercial, hotel" within a school of dual technical education to receive theoretical education and basic training for the profession and complete his practical training inside a quality training facility that is provided by a service provider and its sub-units within the different governorates and follow up regularly during practical training in the facility Training, and students are accepted for the available professions according to the total of the educational directorate affiliated with it.
She pointed out that as for the applied technology schools, they are model schools for technical education, working to implement international standards in teaching and training methods. The graduate of these schools obtains a certificate of applied technology of international quality, in addition to a certificate in specialized competencies.
And she continued: "As for the centers of excellence, they are typical technical education schools, based on the partnership between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and a group of distinguished companies in one of the promising sectors and the Chamber concerned with the sector to which the center belongs. Sophisticated curricula based on international quality standards and the needs of the labor market, modern and advanced equipment and machines, distinguished and advanced training, a safe and clean educational environment that encourages innovation, and an understanding and distinguished school administration.
The Ministry stressed the need to review the admission requirements for each school of dual education, applied technology, and centers of excellence, given the different degree of admission from one school to another and the admission governorates, on the following link:
