Mrs. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, met with Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, to discuss the general framework plan for nurseries curricula, within the framework of the President’s directives on the importance of improving the quality of early childhood services in the pre-kindergarten stage (0-4 years) and developing a personal Integrated for children, taking into account the rules of health, nutrition, education and personal development.

The world, with the aim of making a quantum leap in the field of teaching and learning through multiple media, in addition to the professional development of the teacher and the learning environment.

Mrs. Nevin Al-Qabbaj stated that the existing cooperation with the Ministry of Education aims to support efforts to develop nurseries and increase their numbers at the level of the Republic and increase the enrollment rate by 30% during the next two years, stressing that the Ministry has completed preparing quality standards that were approved and approved by the General Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education and Accreditation. It also completed the construction and development of 957 nurseries during the past two years, and the training of 632 facilitators and specialists. The Minister also stressed the importance of integrating values ​​and principles education as one of the priorities of education.

The Minister of Solidarity praised the efforts made to improve the educational process in Egypt, expressing her appreciation for what Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education achieved in the new Education System 2.0, noting that cooperation and partnership with the Ministry of Education is not only related to the kindergarten stage, but also includes cooperation Conditions of education related to the cash support program "Solidarity and Dignity", which is applied to families with children in different stages of education. The cooperation also includes granting equal educational opportunities to students with special needs, in addition to the expansion of community education and other initiatives.

For his part, Dr. Tarek Shawky praised the efforts of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the concerted efforts to care for children, and also praised the role of "Discovery Education", noting that it is the first partner with which the Ministry cooperated to build the new education system, as it was cooperated with them in setting the general framework for the curricula. .
Dr. Tariq Shawky added that cooperation has taken place in creating a general framework of curricula for the development of life skills for children, developing a curriculum that includes a framework of knowledge and skills, as well as preparing educational materials for children in the age group (0-4 years), consistent with the curricula and programs prepared for the age group. subsequent to them.

The minister said: "We faced the challenge of the lack of spaces to establish nurseries in some areas by designing smart spaces, which is a very innovative type of classroom, as it is quick to prepare classrooms that can be fully prepared within a short period, and the classroom features a smart screen, internet and solar energy that we benefit from in the "Life" initiative.
