"Education" discusses procedures for opening nursery halls nationwide and supporting community education
The Ministry of Education and Technical Education held a video conference meeting with the general directors of educational buildings, directors of the Community Participation Department, and directors of the Community Education Department in the educational directorates. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Randa Shaheen said that under the circumstances of Corona, there are many obstacles, and the Ministry of Education is one of the ministries most prepared to confront this pandemic due to its great electronic communication, stressing the importance of this meeting in reaching procedural steps, noting the importance of Cooperation and coordination between all concerned parties and work integration.
The head of the education sector explained that the ministry aims to open nursery halls, not kindergartens, from the age of 2 to 4 years, according to the available place inside each school, in accordance with the specified specifications, stressing the speed of start-up in light of presidential directives, and demanding the Educational Buildings Authority to restrict schools to speed Starting the implementation of an action plan, and for each educational directorate to inventory the actual needs necessary for the ministry to meet them.
She emphasized that each educational directorate should develop a quick procedural plan according to the actual spaces in the villages and centers that follow each governorate, the importance of exchanging experiences for implementation on the ground, and the existence of an operations room to follow up on good planning and implementation, speed and quality of performance, directing the directorates with an inventory of the number of students who left the Takaful and Dignity program The expenses were paid to them at the level of departments in each governorate.
Professor Imad Al-Din Mansour explained the importance of establishing community schools to meet a real need for these schools and the presence of students in them.
