Education issues a periodic book on the follow-up to receiving the vaccine against the Corona virus for workers in pre-university education

In light of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education’s interest in the public health of education workers, and in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to prepare the executive plan for vaccinating workers in the pre-university education sector, including teachers, staff and workers in schools, so that we can start the next school year safely and without worrying about the spread of the virus. Corona virus, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education sent a periodical book to all educational directorates to follow up on receiving the Corona virus vaccination for workers in pre-university education.
The periodic book stipulates that a committee should be formed in each directorate and educational administration headed by the director of the directorate and the director of the administration, and the membership of the directors of the stages in the directorate and administration, whose task is to prepare a database for workers at the level of public, private and international schools under the responsibility of the school director, including (recipients of the two doses, recipients of the first dose, those registered to receive doses and did not receive any dose, who did not register) and notify the educational administration and the directorate of the situation.
The periodic book clarified that the committee will notify those who did not register that the deadline for registering a request to receive the vaccine is on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, and workers will not be allowed to enter the workplace at the start of the school year until after taking the vaccine, whether in public, private and international schools, and members of the technological development are assigned to assist Workers to register on the website of the Ministry of Health and Population (employees of the Ministry of Education) to determine the place of receiving the vaccine and the exact date for the doses.
The periodic book also stipulates that the directors of the educational directorates quickly coordinate with the directors of the health directorates in the governorate through the governors to implement the instructions sent to them, with the need to provide the Deputy Minister for Teachers’ Affairs with a report showing the final position of the number and percentages of (recipients of the two doses, recipients of the dose The first, who registered to receive doses and did not receive any dose, who did not register) through the private email COVID_19@moe.edu.eg
