The Minister of Education issues regulations for the second round exams for all transport classes and the third preparatory grade

Today, Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, issued a periodical book regarding the second round exam system for the subjects that add the total to all transport classes and the third preparatory grade for the 2021/2020 school year.
The Minister decided the following:
- Second round exams for all transport classes will be held during August 2021.
The educational administrations prepare exam schedules for all grades, and their results are approved by the Director of the Educational Administration.
Taking into account the necessary precautionary measures to preserve the safety of our students.
The assessment of students in the second round exams is according to the content of the course in which the exam was previously taken during the two semesters (first and second) through a written test according to the specifications of the exam paper prepared for this by monitored and secured examination committees, with 15 multiple-choice questions for each separate subject. In a time of one hour, it is held by the school so that the number of subjects does not exceed 3 subjects per day.
The second round exams for the third preparatory grade are held according to the schedule prepared by the directorate, and the results are approved by the Governor.
As for the second round exams for subjects that are not added to the total and national identity subjects for international school students, what was mentioned in Periodic Book No. 11 of 5/5/2021 shall be applied.
