The cooperation protocols were signed by Dr. Amr Basila, Head of the Central Administration for the Development of Technical Education and Director of the Applied Technology Schools Management Unit, representing the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, Engineer Alaa Adel Abbas Al-Sayed Hajar, Head of the Central Administration for the Technical Office, representing the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, and Professor Hanan Al-Rihani. The CEO of Al-Suwaidi Academy for Technical Education, Mr. Abdel Wahab Abdel Hamid, President of PetroGolf Company, Mr. Hossam Al-Qabbani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Orman Association, and Engineer Muhammad Jamal Al-Din Al-Qaysouni, Deputy Director of the General Authority for Educational Buildings for Branch Affairs.

The first protocol comes in cooperation with Damietta Governorate, Elsewedy Electric, and Damietta Natural Gas Liquefaction Company. To transform a school for technical education into the applied technology system in Damietta Governorate in the specializations of (welding - metal forming - electrical installations - furniture trading - logistics), where the school accommodates 200 students in the first year, reaching 600 students within three years, with the aim of contributing to improving the technical education system. At the secondary level, enhancing the learning environment.

The protocol stipulates that the Ministry of Education will support cooperation with an international body to provide certificates at the international level for the school and its graduates, and provide a group of teachers and administrators. Damietta Governorate will coordinate with the Ministry of Education through the Directorate of Education to implement the project, and Elsewedy Electric will operate and manage the school, which It has been renovated and equipped, and the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources is participating in monitoring the project, in addition to the Damietta Natural Gas Liquefaction Company coordinating and comprehensively implementing the project activities.

The second protocol comes in cooperation with Matrouh Governorate, Elsewedy Electric, and the Italian company IOC Production B. In., and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation; To transform a technical education school into an applied technology system in the city of El Alamein, Matrouh Governorate, in hotel specializations (kitchen - room supervisor), so that the school accommodates 200 students in the first year, reaching 600 students within three years.

The protocol stipulates that Elsewedy Electric will undertake the work, operation and management of the Applied Technology School under the operating agreement with the Ministry of Education, during and after the project period.

The protocol also stipulates the identification and signing of an operating agreement with Elsewedy Electric to manage the Applied Technology School, from within the specified target school in Matrouh Governorate, before the start of the 2024/2025 academic year, which guarantees the full management and operation of the school by Elsewedy Electric during and after the end of the project.

The protocol includes handing over the target school to the Italian Agency during the period necessary to carry out renovations and equip the school, with the Italian Agency handing over the school back to the Ministry of Education after testing and operation.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education is also responsible for providing a group of teachers and administrators for the target school to Elsewedy Electric to choose from among them according to the required skills and abilities, as well as cooperating with Elsewedy Electric to provide internationally recognized certificates for the new school and its graduates.

As for the third protocol, it stipulated the establishment of a distinguished language school in the city of Ras Gharib in the Red Sea Governorate, according to standard specifications in this field.
