Dr. Randah Shaheen, head of the public education sector, confirmed that this initiative is one of the important directions of the ministry's vision towards developing the educational system, since due to the circumstances of non-contact with students directly, every teacher must innovate in the delivery of scientific material, whether a cultural subject or an activity subject In order to reach a content that the student can benefit from, and that the presentation of the content be through different teaching and learning strategies for each subject to be activated in an attractive manner through a specific activity.
She indicated the need to measure the basic product, which is the performance of the student’s level, as this is the true indicator of success, pointing out that, for example, one goal is set and achieved at the highest rate, and its impact on students is measured to reach a result that is considered the pinnacle of success.
The head of the education sector directed the directors of the general development of materials and activities to submit appropriate proposals in proportion to each subject, taking into account the development of programs and activities that take into account the individual differences between students and the provision of training on a specific activity appropriate to the needs of students, and according to the needs of the subject, and all this is done in cooperation between all directors of the general material development Under the "Hands on" initiative.
She indicated that songs can be used in learning in English and French, accompanied by music and drawing, in order to attract students to academic subjects and activities, and this is one of the teaching and learning strategies, and competitions can be carried out that facilitate the understanding of the scientific material through activities that students implement in a simple way. It helps students to get them back to school, stressing the need to communicate with the mentors of all subjects to explain the initiative, implementation strategies and activities that support the student’s performance and love him in the subject and give learning outcomes that support innovation and talent. Our main goal is the student through positive competition among students.
