The Minister of Education holds a meeting with officials of the Educational Buildings Authority to discuss the ministry's plan during the next stage

Dr. Reda Hegazy: We are working on the need for schools to keep pace with digital transformation and provide smart schools and flexible classrooms
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, held a meeting with officials of the Educational Buildings Authority, at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital. To follow up the position of educational buildings and discuss the Ministry's plan during the coming period to achieve the highest levels of security and safety for students inside schools.
The minister welcomed the attendees, and emphasized the importance of the school as an educational institution in which the character of the Egyptian person is built from childhood, pointing to the authority's role in building schools that accommodate newborns.
The minister stressed the need for schools to keep pace with the digital transformation and to provide smart schools, flexible classrooms, and technological screens that contribute to the learning process and attract students to the school, by reviewing the construction specifications of schools.
During the meeting, the minister touched on the presidential directives to expand Japanese schools, Nile schools, international public schools, and Egypt's distinguished schools.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Wazir directed the Educational Buildings Authority to continue the work of reviewing and maintaining all school buildings, to ensure safety and security in them at the level of the Republic.
