Continued cooperation between the Ministries of Culture and Education during the coming period to create a creative taste among students that qualifies them for the advancement of society.

Today, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Artistic Education, and Dr. Nevin Al-Kilani, Minister of Culture, witnessed festive activities for artistic and theatrical activity, which were organized in the theater of Al-Nasr Language School affiliated to the National Institutes in Heliopolis, within the framework of the "Revival of School Theater and School Arts" initiative. It has male and female students from a number of schools in the various educational departments of the Directorate of Education in Cairo.

Dr. Reda Hegazy expressed his happiness at participating in this celebration, stressing that it came as an expression of activating student activities in schools, pointing to the importance of the role of school theater in discovering new talents from our students, as well as re-transmitting and developing the artistic spirit in schools in general and schools for people of determination in general. Especially to create a scientifically, artistically and literaryly educated generation.

In this context, the minister indicated that there is close cooperation with Dr. Nevin Al-Kilani, Minister of Culture, so that schools produce great artists, appreciating the mechanisms of cooperation between the two ministries in activating cultural activities and the return of the school to its true role.

The minister stated that the Ministry of Education and Artistic Education, through fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, has begun to implement the actual steps of the “Revive School Theater” initiative to discover and nurture talented and creative students in the field of arts, culture and theater since the beginning of the second semester, indicating that competitions will be organized for the best play. At the level of educational departments, then at the level of directorates, then at the level of the Republic.

Dr. Reda Hegazy also praised the talents of the students during the celebration and what was presented of real creativity that indicates artistic talent, stressing the importance of investing in the human element, which is the direction of the state in all its institutions, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership, and therefore the ministry seeks to pay attention to school activities of all kinds, and develop them.

For her part, Dr. Nevin Al-Kilani, Minister of Culture, praised the creative capabilities of the students participating in the performances of all ages, which appeared through the various paragraphs they presented at the ceremony, as well as the diversity and paper that the art exhibition embodied.

She pointed out that these artistic capabilities are the first fruits of cooperation between the Ministries of Culture and Education, within the framework of the joint cooperation protocol between the two ministries, which began to be activated last October by holding a cultural and artistic activity day in schools, and reviving the school theater.

The Minister of Culture stressed the continuation of cooperation between the Ministries of Culture and Education during the coming period, to create a creative taste among students that qualifies them for the advancement of society, and makes them more able to be aware of current and future challenges.

She also appreciated the efforts of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education, for his interest and belief in the value of arts and creativity in refining our children’s educational and educational capabilities, stressing that the Ministry of Culture strives to reach students with cultural products, discover their talents and raise their awareness in the various stages of education.

The two ministers witnessed artistic performances for the students, which included a paragraph on the Pharaonic civilization and a lyrical operetta entitled "Long Live Egypt". The artistic paragraphs also included a number of students performing solo on musical instruments, the piano, guitar and keyboard.

Students from the Intellectual Education Schools also presented artistic performances, and secondary school students presented an artistic performance entitled "In Love with Sinai".

The celebration concluded with the presentation of the operetta "I am Egypt", which was attended by St. Mary's School affiliated to the Al-Basateen Educational Department, and from the Al-Qobba Educational Administration, the students of the Dream School, the Sekkat Al-Waili Official Language School, Al-Iman Private Language School, and Hadayek Al-Qobba Preparatory Girls School participated.

Students from Al-Zaher Preparatory School for Girls affiliated to Al-Sharabiyyah Educational Administration also participated in the operetta. Students from Al-Khalifa and Al-Moqattam Schools participated in the Military Industrial Secondary School for Boys, “Long Live Egypt 1” School, and the Martyr Khader Abdullah Official Language School, in addition to students from King Fahd Complex Schools, West Administration. Nasr Educational City.

During the visit to Al-Nasr Language School, the two ministers inspected the school's archaeological library, which includes the largest scientific encyclopedias that extend back to 250 years. It also includes 12,000 books in English and 6,000 books in Arabic, as well as old books dating back to the school's establishment more than 100 years.

The two ministers also inspected the school's permanent art exhibition, which serves all educational levels in the school complex, where the two ministers witnessed the students' artistic activities and their creations of artwork, handicrafts, handicrafts, and painted paintings.

After that, the two ministers visited the school's archaeological museum, which contains archaeological holdings, as it includes some antiques, photographs, and periodicals of school magazines since 1939.
This came in the presence of Dr. Muhammad Al-Muhammadi, Assistant Minister for Directorate Affairs, Dr. Sherine Hamdy, Advisor to the Minister for Administrative Development and Supervisor of the Central Administration for the Affairs of the Minister’s Office, Dr. Iman Hassan, Head of the Central Administration for Student Activities in the Ministry, Muhammad Attia, Director of the Central Administration for Education with Expenses, and Muhammad Abdel Hadi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Assembly. of the National Institutes, Ayman Musa, Director of the Directorate of Education in Cairo, Abdel Raouf Allam, Head of the Supreme Council of Trustees, Parents and Teachers, and a number of the Ministry’s leaders.
