The Minister of Education continues his field tours by visiting (6) schools in Hadayek El Qobba)

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, continued his field tours this morning by visiting (6) schools in the Hadayek El Qobba area in Cairo; to follow up on the regularity of the educational process in the new academic year 2024/2025.

The Minister was accompanied during his tour by Dr. Ahmed Daher, Deputy Minister, Dr. Ahmed El-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Strategic Planning and Follow-up, Mr. Ayman Moussa, Director of the Cairo Education Directorate, and Dr. Nasser El-Gendy, Director of the Hadayek El Qobba Education Department.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif began his visit to the "Al-Naqrashi Preparatory School for Boys" affiliated with Hadayek El Qobba Education, which includes (1876) students. The Minister attended the morning assembly and inspected a number of classrooms.

The Minister's inspection tour also included Hadayek El-Qobba Primary Schools, which includes 425 male and female students, Ahmed Maher Official Language School, which includes 1650 male and female students, Haroun El-Rashidi Preparatory School for Girls, which includes 645 female students, Hafez Ibrahim Preparatory School for Boys, which includes 665 male students, and the distinguished Modern Egypt Official School, which includes 2040 male and female students.

During his visit, the Minister inspected the school classrooms to follow up on the implementation of the announced procedures and mechanisms related to reducing densities, filling the teacher deficit, and implementing the year's work at various stages of transfer.

During his visit, the Minister was keen to talk to the students about the teachers' explanations and the extent of their understanding of the lessons. He also reviewed the class notebooks and homework.

In this context, the Minister directed the implementation of the decisions regulating evaluations and year's work; He stressed the students' performance of academic tasks within the school, directing continuous follow-up of attendance and discipline.

The Minister also stressed the implementation of the educational incentive and school discipline regulations, in order to achieve the appropriate educational and teaching process goals, and create a safe school environment.

During his visit, the Minister met with a number of teachers, and spoke with them about the need to pay attention to the class notebook, and commit to writing homework on the board and transferring students to their notebooks, and following up on solving homework.

The Minister also met with a number of parents in front of some schools, and held a dialogue with them about the discipline and attendance of students in schools, stressing the Ministry's keenness to achieve a disciplined educational process
