The Ministry of Education and Technical Education emphasizes to all technical certificate students the necessity of completing the registration forms for the technical certificate exams for the 2025/2026 academic year before the official registration deadline of Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Registration is a prerequisite for taking the exams.

In this context, the Ministry of Education explains the steps for registering the electronic diploma form:

First: Activating the unified email address

- Access the following link and enter the student code and national ID number:

https://office365.emis.gov.eg/

- Complete the required information to obtain the unified email address and password.

- Please keep the unified email address and password for use in the next step.

Second: Registering for the Electronic Diploma Application

- Access the following link:

https://moe-register.emis.gov.eg/login

- Enter your unified email address and password.

- Carefully review the entered information.

- Complete the remaining required information accurately.

- Upload a recent personal photo with a white background.

- Click Save.

** After saving:

- Download the application form as a PDF file.

- Print the form and submit it to your school along with the required application documents.

The Ministry urges students to promptly go to their schools, carefully review their information, and complete all required procedures before the official registration deadline on Wednesday, January 21st.
