The Minister of Education continues his tours to follow up on the regularity of the educational process)

As part of his continuous tours in various governorates to follow up on the regularity of the educational process, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, today visited a number of schools in Sharkia Governorate; To follow up on the discipline of the good progress of the educational process, and to follow up on the implementation of the decisions and instructions set by the Ministry for the regularity and discipline of the second semester 2024/2025.

The Minister was accompanied during his visit by Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Strategic Planning and Follow-up and Supervisor of the Central Administration for Minister's Office Affairs.

The Minister began his visit by inspecting the "Omar bin Al-Khattab" School for Basic Education, affiliated with the Qurain Education Administration in Sharkia Governorate, which has a total number of students (1232) male and female students, and includes kindergarten, primary, and preparatory stages.

The Minister attended the morning assembly, listened to the school radio segments, and the flag salute, and the Minister also attended the kindergarten stage assembly.

The Minister inspected a number of school classes, and was keen to follow up on the students' academic level. He also held a dialogue with male and female students about their regularity at school, and the teachers' explanation to them, directing them to commit and regularly attend to benefit and gain academic achievement, with seriousness and diligence in academic achievement.

The Minister was also keen to follow up on the level of equipment at the school for the second semester, and listen to the opinions of teachers and students about the challenges they face, stressing the Ministry's keenness to provide the necessary support, in order to provide distinguished education, and enhance the efforts of the educational process in the governorate.

Following that, the Minister headed to "Omar bin Al-Khattab Basic Education School" affiliated with the New Salhia Administration, which has (1449) male and female students.

The Minister inspected the science lab while explaining the science lesson for the fifth grade of primary school, and the Minister reviewed the class notebooks, the teacher's preparation notebook, and the absence notebook.

The Minister also inspected a fourth grade primary class, while explaining mathematics, and praised the role of the mathematics teacher and her interest in the explanation, class notebooks and exercises.

The Minister headed to "Al-Sawarka Primary School" affiliated to the New Salhia Administration, in Al-Sawarka village, which has a total number of students (900) male and female students, where the Minister inspected a number of the school's classes, and was keen to follow up on the students' level in reading and writing.

The Minister stressed the need for regular teacher attendance, and focusing on treating the level of students with weak reading and writing skills and preparing treatment programs to improve their level.
