The Ministry of Education announces the results of the national competition for top high school students

Under the auspices of Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the results of the national competition for top students at the level of the Republic's schools for the (secondary) stage for the academic year 2024/2025, which was organized by the General Union of Students of the Republic's Schools, in coordination with the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation, the Central Administration for Curriculum Development, the Central Administration for Education Directorates Affairs, and the Central Administration for General Education.
The national competition for top students comes from the Ministry of Education's keenness to prepare a generation of research and academically outstanding students, discover multiple talents, and refine their academic achievement, in addition to stimulating the spirit of competition among them in a way that contributes to keeping pace with the times and facing the challenges of the future.
The ministry explained that the competition was implemented at the level of each educational administration between the schools of the administration, and a team of the best elements at the level of the administration was promoted to represent the administration at the level of the directorate, and at the level of each educational directorate between the teams of the departments affiliated with the directorate, and a team of the best elements at the level of the directorate was promoted to the elimination at the level of the sector, where the directorates were divided into five sectors, and the final elimination of the competition was carried out.
The result of the final eliminations resulted in the victory of the top five sectors of the participating winning directorates, as the Cairo Directorate won first place, the Kafr El-Sheikh Directorate won second place, the Qena Directorate won third place, and the Beni Suef Directorate won fourth place, and the Ismailia Directorate won fifth place.
