The Minister of Education is reassured about the conditions of the educational mission and the Egyptian students in Sudan

Dr. Reda Hijazi confirms full coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration to take appropriate measures against the mission's personnel

Within the framework of his continuous follow-up, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, made a phone call today with Khaled Ahmed Mohamed Nasr El-Din, head of the Egyptian educational mission in the brotherly state of Sudan, to check on the conditions of the mission’s 151 teachers and administrators, and also check on the conditions of the Egyptian students in Under the current conditions in Sudanese territory.

Dr. Reda Hegazy confirmed, during the call, that the Ministry of Education and Technical Education continues to fully coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad Affairs to follow up all the details of the mission’s conditions in Sudan and take appropriate measures, whether regarding their continued stay there or their return.

Dr. Reda Hegazy stressed the importance of the continuous communication of the Egyptian educational mission members and Egyptian students in Sudan with the Egyptian embassy in Khartoum.

It is worth noting that the Egyptian educational mission in Sudan mainly provides educational services to 1,060 Sudanese students, in addition to 35 Egyptian students, including 21 high school students and 14 students in various stages of transport classes.

The total number of Egyptian schools in the brotherly state of Sudan is 9 schools distributed between schools for basic and secondary academic education, and they are Gamal Abdel Nasser School for Basic Education in New Halfa, Al-Ahlia Secondary School in Atbara, Al-Takamul Secondary School in New Halfa, Sinkat Industrial Secondary School, Umm Douban Agricultural Secondary School , Al-Jili Industrial School and basic education in Al-Jili, Nasser Arabic Secondary School and basic education in Jabal Al-Awlia, Al-Shajara Al-Arabiya Secondary School and basic education in Khartoum, Al-Harsa Arabic Secondary School and basic education in the city of Wad Medani.
