Referring all cases of detecting electronic fraud to the Public Prosecution
A meeting with directors of directorates and heads of committees next week to find out what happened during the first week during the exams
Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education and Head of the General Secondary Examinations, was keen today to follow up the general secondary exams, the first round, through the central operations room in the ministry, where students take the economics and statistics exams.
The minister emphasized ensuring that students enter the committees without any electronic devices, and the need to use the electronic stick to search students while entering the committees, and to pass again half an hour after the start of the exam without affecting the discipline of the examination process.
The minister also stressed that the electronic fraud cases that were caught are the responsibility of the committee, stressing that strict legal measures should be taken regarding them and transferred to the Public Prosecution.
The minister directed to inform the central operations room in the event of any transgression in the external perimeter of the committee, to deal with it immediately.
The minister stressed that the heads of the committees should be instructed to warn the students that the student's answer is only counted in the answer sheet of the Babylon sheet and the answer sheet of the essay questions, indicating that any answer to the question paper will not be counted.
The minister also indicated that a meeting will be held with the directors of directorates and heads of committees next week, to discuss what happened during the first week of exams, and to find out the negatives and problems and work to solve them.
