Hegazy said that in light of the digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the curricula, exams, learning outcomes and outcomes that have become different, we must prepare our children in a certain way that goes along with this development, pointing out that the school administration 5 years ago differs from the school administration now, and the lack of keeping pace with the principal. For his part, Ahmed Moussa, the general leader of the Republic Students’ Union, explained that the aim of this competition is to activate the role of the general pioneer of the school students’ union to support the implementation of the activities and programs of the student unions and leadership, and to receive the visions and proposals of the general pioneers to improve the level of professional performance, develop the capabilities of the general pioneers and refine their skills, in addition to Providing an opportunity for constructive competition between public pioneers and exchanging experiences, and identifying the most important obstacles facing public pioneers and how to confront them.

He added that the most important criteria of the competition are: the personal characteristics of the competition, the project submitted by the general leader in light of the central topic - the skill in activating modern technological means - activating ministerial regulations and laws / implementing Ministerial Resolution 62 of 2013 - (objectives - principles - competencies) and activating leadership and formations of unions Students in the school in accordance with Resolution 62 of 2013 - the ability to overcome obstacles and activate the activities and programs of student unions - aspects of care for students with special abilities - a proposed vision for the development of student unions in the school.

It is worth noting that the arbitration was carried out by specialists from inside and outside the Ministry of Education’s office. The results of the competition in the primary stage were also announced, and the ideal general pioneer won first place, Naglaa Lotfy Antar Abdel Hadi in Damietta, second place, Mustafa Hassanein Ahmed Mohamed, third place Sami El-Sayed Azab Ahmed in Ismailia, fourth place Nermin Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud in Alexandria, and fifth place Fatima Hassan El-Sayed Abu Good in Port Said.

As for the winners of the preparatory stage, the first place was won by Essam Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed in the New Valley, the second place was Heidi Karim Habib Mina in Minya, the third place was Mohsen Hussein Abdel Mohsen in Giza, the fourth place was Jihad Fawzy Othman in Kafr El-Sheikh, and the fifth place was Jihan Ismail Mohamed in Gharbia.

The general leader in the secondary stage won the first place, Muhammad Ismail Ismail, in Cairo, the second place, Sobhi Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed in Gharbia, the third place, Lubna Ali Abdel-Fattah in Beni Suef, the fourth place, Abeer Hamdi Mohamed Rashid in Qena, and the fifth place, Zainab Ibrahim Ahmed Mahran in the New Valley.

The winners of the first five places for the three stages were honored at the level of the Republic with financial incentives, certificates of appreciation and scarves.
