The General Union of Students of the Republic Schools concluded the national program for the final liquidation at the level of the Republic for the ideal pioneers (teachers) for the three stages under the slogan (student unions and digital transformation), under the auspices of Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, during the period from 21/8/2021 to 30/8/2021.
Ahmed Moussa, the general leader of the Student Union of the Republic Schools, said that the final qualifiers for the competition included the selection of the ideal general (school principal), the ideal pioneer (teacher), and the ideal social specialist (student union official) for the three stages at the level of the Republic, with the aim of encouraging public pioneers to own Knowledge and its use in a scientific and organized manner to meet the needs of students and the school, and to carry out new activities and programs that support the cognitive, skill and emotional aspects of students, in addition to providing practical and procedural solutions to the problems that education suffers from.
Ahmed Moussa explained that the final qualifiers for the competition for the ideal general leader (school principal) for the three stages were carried out according to several criteria, including: presenting a model for a successful project implemented within the school, characterized by an innovative tendency, serving the educational process, contributing to solving one of its problems and achieving the general goals of student unions and the subject The pivotal point for this year is that the school's student union leader possesses professional, life and technological skills, and his ability to benefit from the knowledge bank and invest it in serving the educational process.
As for the qualifiers for the ideal pioneer (teacher) competition for the three stages, the general leader of the Union of Schools of the Republic indicated that the competition criteria included: the role of the class leader in discovering and nurturing student leaders, activating the leadership share, how to achieve its goal, and his ability to employ the principles and objectives of student unions and leadership. In building the integrated personality, in addition to its role in enabling student leaders to self-governance and self-management.
As for the final liquidation of the competition of the social worker (student union official) ideal for the three stages, Ahmed Moussa explained that it was conducted in accordance with the criteria of personal traits and professional and digital skills possessed by the social worker, presenting a theoretical research on one of the problems he faces in the school community with students, and preparing a program of practice professionalism, the extent of his knowledge of and commitment to the implementation of Ministerial Resolution 62, and the use of self-learning platforms, records, as well as tools and means to activate the central topic.
Ahmed Moussa announced the result of judging the ideal general leader competition (school principals) at the republic level for the secondary stage, which resulted in the winning of: Jamal Mohamed El-Saadawi from Kafr El-Sheikh governorate in first place, Ihab Jamal Hosni from North Sinai Governorate in second place, and Jihan El-Sayed Abdel-Maqsoud From Beni Suef Governorate in third place, Khaled Fahim Bayoumi from Suez Governorate in fourth place, and Shahinaz Fathi Abdel Hamid from Cairo Governorate in fifth place.
