The Minister of Education receives the student Ali Hamada
In a humanitarian gesture, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, today received the student Ali Hamada Mahmoud, a sixth-grade primary school student at That Al-Nitaqayn School in Saft Al-Laban, Giza Governorate, whose video was circulated on social media while he was selling some products inside a metro station after the end of the school day, in order to support him in appreciation of his attempt to help his family.
A fatherly dialogue took place between the Minister and the student Ali, where he praised his diligence in school and his attempt to help his family and his younger brother who is receiving treatment at the "Children's Cancer Hospital 57357".
The Minister directed that the student be exempted from tuition fees until he completes the pre-university education stage, in addition to directing the Giza Education Directorate to follow up on his studies at school and provide all necessary educational support to him due to his diligence in studying. He also directed coordination with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to conduct a social study of the family to provide all forms of support to them.
