Under the patronage of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, the Ministry of Education and Technical Education is organizing the “Glimpses of India” competition from 11/26/2023 until 12/17/2023, under the supervision of Dr. Akram Hassan, Head of the Central Administration for Curriculum Development, and Dr. Rabab Abdel Mohsen Imam, General Director of Art Education Development.

This competition is organized within the framework of the Ministry of Education’s interest in using effective educational methods and activating educational, sports and cultural activities for students, and to motivate students to participate in student activities in schools, and the importance of the role of artistic competitions in discovering new talents among our students, as well as re-broadcasting the artistic spirit and developing it in schools as a whole. General.

The “Glimpses of India” competition comes within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and the Embassy of India, and is held annually in Egypt to celebrate the good and close relations between India and Egypt, to strengthen the bonds of Egyptian and Indian friendship and culture, and to support communication with youth in Egypt.

School students in the primary, middle, and secondary stages from various public and private schools and national institutes in the governorates of (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Gharbia, Sharqia, Alexandria, and Red Sea) participate in the competition, and a jury of specialists selects the winning works.

The competition is scheduled to open in Qalyubia Governorate tomorrow, Sunday, 11/26/2023. The competition will be held at Toukh Private School, followed by Gharbia Governorate at the Teachers Club, Alexandria Governorate at the Lycee El Horreya Stadium, Sharkia Governorate at the Military Secondary School, and Cairo Governorate at the Children’s Museum in Heliopolis, and the Misr Library. The public school in Zawia El Hamra, the Freedom Park in front of the Opera House in Zamalek, and finally the final one in the Red Sea Governorate, at the Future Pioneers Private School in Hurghada.
