Informational Statement
In light of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to develop the performance of all government agencies, and based on the state's plan for digital transformation in the administrative apparatus, Dr. Tariq Shawky, Minister of Education and Technical Education, agreed to enroll applicant teachers to change the job title (those who were not listed) for the program To change the job title from jobs (teacher / specialist) on the teacher platform for remote training, in addition to advanced technical education teachers to change job titles on technical education programs.
This came after the praise of many public education teachers targeted as a first stage to change the job title by easily dealing with the teacher platform, whether in booking the digital program to change the job title through conducting online training and facilitating the reservation of the test in the branches of the Academy.
For his part, Dr. Reda Hegazy, Deputy Minister for Teachers Affairs, stressed the importance of converting all training programs to change the job title of technical education teachers, which are approved from the Academy to the digital system in order to facilitate the members of the education authority and in the interest of their interests, and stressed the importance of adding technical education teachers to benefit from Al Moallem platform for remote training.
Dr. Magdy Amin, Director of the Professional Academy for Teachers, explained that the Academy seeks to meet all teachers' needs from sustainable professional development or the benefits that the functional system for teachers goes through while developing supervisory leadership portfolios to keep pace with the latest training techniques to highlight the most important leadership elements that are nominated for the position of a school principal or agent An educational administration or technical mentor, as the Academy is developing these electronic bags on the teacher platform to convert its evaluation system into a system of actual practices.
The Director of the General Administration of Information at the Academy, Engineer Radwan Shaban, explained that the administration is continuously developing the teacher platform system for remote training for ease of dealing with it by all members of the education authority, and that the members of the General Information Administration at the Academy who created the platform are currently making permanent developments in the platform in terms of Designing, programming and raising the efficiency of servers to accommodate many teachers, including technical education teachers, and adding a large number of training programs.
