The Ministry of Education and Technical Education announced the start of electronic registration for the first grade of primary school in “official” schools and kindergarten in “official and official languages” schools, during the period from 1 to 30 June 2022, through the electronic application dedicated to this on the information center portal. The ministry specified that the age of admission to the first grade of primary school is not less than (6 years) and not more than (9 years), provided that the age of application for kindergarten is not less than (4 years), and students are coordinated through the educational directorates in each governorate according to the density in them. and its conditions, and in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 154 of 6/7/1989, regarding enrollment in the schools of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.

She indicated that the guardian can follow up on the result of the initial acceptance through the same website, and after the announcement, the guardian can go to the school to deliver the paper file of the accepted student and follow up on the status of receiving the file to the school (final acceptance), after the school finishes examining the paper file and making sure that it is completed.

She explained that schools can, in the event that the guardian is unable to register electronically by himself during the electronic application period, help the guardian, so that the school’s information unit official records the students’ desire to enroll electronically in the school, through the electronic application, and the child’s mechanized birth certificate is required to be viewed. The applicant and the guardian’s national ID card, and in the case of the educational state, the judicial ruling is reviewed, and schools can follow up on the numbers of applicants and their data during the application period.

For international students, the guardian submits enrollment papers to the educational administration, where the competent authority reviews the documents, and the schools are notified of the data of accepted foreign students, and school administrators are required to register their data electronically on the central database.
