The Minister of Education and the Head of Organization and Administration inspect the examinations of applicants for the position of kindergarten assistant teacher

Dr. Saleh Al-Sheikh, Head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, received Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and inspected the work of the examinations of applicants for the position of kindergarten teacher, at the Capacity Assessment Center and Competitions of the Authority.

The Minister of Education praised the center’s automated and governed work system, which ensures equal opportunities for all applicants, describing it as distinguished, which provides scientific tests designed according to the latest scientific methods of evaluation. He expressed his pride in the government having an automated electronic evaluation system that provides a real guarantee for the application of standards of transparency and integrity. And justice, and gives the most efficient and worthy the opportunity to occupy the public office, in addition to saving time and effort, as the center accommodates the evaluation of more than 500 applicants in one session.

For his part, Dr. Saleh Al-Sheikh welcomed the visit of the Minister of Education to the center, and praised the fruitful and constructive cooperation that serves the educational system, stressing that the authority welcomes the provision of all its services to the units of the state’s administrative apparatus, especially with regard to evaluating applicants for government jobs, as the efficiency of new entrants The administrative apparatus ensures the quality of services provided by them to citizens, which in turn is reflected in improving public services and achieving citizen satisfaction, which is the supreme goal of governments.
