Minister of Education heads to France to participate in the "Digital Learning Week 2024"

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, headed to the French capital, Paris, today to participate in the "Digital Learning Week 2024" conference, which is organized by UNESCO under the title "Directing Technology for Education" during the period from September 2 to 5, 2024.

The Minister is scheduled to participate in a general session of the conference under the title "Technology and Artificial Intelligence in Education: Ensuring a Sustainable Approach that Focuses on People", during which Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif is scheduled to present Egypt's efforts and vision for integrating technology and artificial intelligence into education.

Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with a number of UNESCO officials on the sidelines of the conference to discuss ways to enhance cooperation during the coming period on various tracks related to the education system, especially the file of teacher training and lifelong learning systems.

The Minister is also scheduled to participate in a meeting to discuss the project of open schools for all supported by technology, as the meeting reviews the discussion of the strategy of artificial intelligence in education
