The minister indicated that the school reflects the high-quality education offered by distinguished national and international schools in accordance with the best international standards and at moderate prices, which is intended to be expanded during the next stage within the framework of investment in the education sector in accordance with the vision of the political leadership and the strategic plan adopted by the state to achieve the goals of sustainable development. 2030, through investment projects closely linked to the priorities of the Egyptian state, which are based on investing in the human element as a basic component of the comprehensive development process.

Dr. Reda Hegazy praised this type of school that offers a distinguished educational model that preserves the national identity by studying the Egyptian curriculum in accordance with international standards, as these schools have won the trust of parents and achieved successes in light of the demand for them.

For her part, Dr. Hala Al-Said confirmed that the expansion of investment in the education sector by the Sovereign Fund of Egypt, as well as with development partners from the private sector, is in line with the state’s directions and the vision of the political leadership to achieve the principles and goals of sustainable development in all fields, noting that the fund aims to expand. In the governorates, through the establishment of new schools and the purchase of existing ones, the Misr Education Platform aspires to improve them and maximize their value.

The Minister of Planning and Economic Development said that investing in providing distinguished education at a reasonable cost is the first step in achieving sustainable development and strengthening the Egyptian human capital with qualifications that suit the requirements of the times, stressing that sustainable development can only be achieved by investing in the education of future generations.

Al-Said explained that the Egyptian state aims to develop the Egyptian education sector and make it attractive to local and foreign investments, stressing that all state institutions work in full coordination with development partners from the private sector, civil society and international development partners, in a way that enhances comprehensive and sustainable development efforts.

During the inspection tour, the two ministers witnessed the pattern of education in the school, as they inspected the educational classrooms, technology laboratories, languages, activities, school playgrounds, and reading sessions. They also inspected the science laboratory and discussed with students the steps used in laboratory experiments and their success factors.

The two ministers also visited the STEM lab, where the Minister of Education discussed the students in their projects, stressing the importance of these projects addressing the challenges facing the Egyptian state. He also stressed the importance of following up with the students during the preparation of the project to overcome any challenges they face.

During the visit, the two ministers also witnessed a presentation of the educational complex in the global village, which was established on an area of about 50 acres, and includes five schools accommodating from 5 thousand to 10 thousand students, as these schools will teach the Egyptian curricula with international features and specifications (American, British and French), in addition to To provide distinguished educational services, and the first 4 schools will be opened during the month of September.

It is worth noting that Madinaty Language School includes about 2,700 students and covers an area of 50,000 square meters. The development of the school began in 2018 in partnership between the Misr Education Platform and the Sovereign Fund of Egypt. The school applies a model that complies with international standards and the Egyptian curriculum.
